Location: Directions from I-70 West at Collinsville: I-70 West towards St. Louis. Travel to I-255 South exit. Go 9 miles on I-255 South to Hwy 15 East (exit 17A) toward Belleville. Travel 8 miles on Hwy 15 East to the Centreville Ave./Hwy 158 exit. At stop light, turn left onto Centreville Avenue (heading north) toward Belleville. Follow Centreville Ave. into Belleville (pass QuikTrip on right, cross railroad tracks). Follow a slight right at W. Washington Street (St. Elizabeth’s Hospital will be on the right). The next street is S. Third St., please turn right. Office building is on the left.
