full-service laboratory dedicated to providing quality
services through innovation and excellence with the
utilization of leading-edge technology, laboratory
automation, and a superior clinical staff. FLS employs
experienced technologists, pathologists, and client
support staff to ensure accurate test results. FLS is
licensed and accredited by CLIA and CAP. We are
pleased to offer a wide range of laboratory testing
including but not limited to, Anatomic Pathology,
Cytology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemistry,
Immunochemistry, Coagulation, Histology, and Blood Bank
testing. Located in Fishers, Indiana, FirstSource Laboratory is able to provide an unprecedented level of service and support to each and every client we service. Our goal is to provide timely and reliable test results to all of the physicians we service.
